This beautiful Victorian Music Hall in the market town of Settle is set between the Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland. A wide programme of drama, comedy and music is supplemented by community events, workshops and indoor markets. The Hall is also available for hire and can accommodate a variety of needs.
Set up as a charity in 1991, Settle Victoria Hall was established in the beautiful Grade 2 listed building on Kirkgate. We're funded primarily from fundraising events held by our Friends, venue hire and donations, along with some funding from Craven District Council and Settle Town Council.
Although the building is owned by Craven District Council, the Hall is run by the trustees and management team and is independent of the council.
We are grateful for the hard work of our dedicated team of volunteers. The Friends of Victoria Hall are active fundraisers and co-ordinate volunteers who help in various ways such as stewarding, box office duties and serving refreshments.
They are always looking for new members. If you have some spare time and want to help Victoria Hall or if you have ideas for fundraising or indeed would like to organise your own fundraising event then please get in touch.
