Settle is situated just off the A65, within a half-hour drive drive of Clitheroe, Skipton and Barnoldswick, and easily reached from Leeds, Bradford, and Kendal. Victoria Hall is situated just off Main Street, close to Booths and almost directly opposite Ashfield Car Park
Getting Here
By car- Postcode BD24 9DZ. There is no public parking at Victoria Hall itself, but Ashfield Car Park, which is almost directly opposite the Hall, is free after 6pm.
From Skipton- follow the A65 towards Kendal, then the B6480 into Settle. At Cottontail Crafts, turn left, then right into Ashfield Car Park.
From Kendal/ the Lake District- follow the A65 towards Skipton, then take the B6480 shortly after the Courtyard Dairy. Follow the B6480 through Giggleswick, then turn right onto Kirkgate directly after crossing the river bridge into Settle. Continue under the railway bridge, passing Victoria Hall on your left, then turn right into Ashfield Car Park.
On foot- Victoria Hall is easily found from Settle town centre. Follow the side-street between Ye Olde Naked Man Café and Settle Antiques Centre, which will bring you onto Kirkgate. Victoria Hall will be visible ahead of you.
Public Transport- public transport is limited in Settle in the evening. During the day, the 580 (Craven Connection) bus runs between Skipton, Kirkby Lonsdale, and Lancaster, via Settle Market Place. The famous Settle-Carlisle line serves Settle station, just a short walk from Victoria Hall, with trains to and from Leeds, Skipton, and Carlisle.
