MISS VICTORIA’S REFRESHMENT GARDENS
Miss Victoria’s Refreshment Gardens are now open! Open every day, 10am-4pm (weather and private events permitting. We recommend checking our Facebook page or contacting us in advance before making a journey to visit the gardens).
Miss Victoria’s Refreshment Gardens are a tranquil outdoor cafe and performance space in the heart of Settle, directly behind Victoria Hall. We serve a delicious range of cakes, bakes, light lunches, and drinks, with gluten-free and vegan options available every day, and a licensed bar. All proceeds go towards the maintenance and running of Settle Victoria Hall.
The Gardens make a perfect outdoor performance space for live music, theatre, family entertainment, and cinema. Our upcoming shows in the garden are listed here. You may even find some local musicians dropping in unannounced for an informal session or pop-up performance.

The last day of opening for 2025 will be Tuesday 16 September. Thank you to our amazing staff and volunteers, and everyone who has made this summer the busiest yet! We will be back in 2026, and in the meantime, look out for autumn and winter events soon to be announced!
Community Apple Press
Our community apple press is up and running again 10am-2pm Fridays and Saturdays until October. Bring down your homegrown apples and pears and plenty of containers and turn them into delicious apple juice!
We recommend minimum 1-2 large shopping bags to get the best out of the apple press. Half a bag makes around 2 litres of juice, so make sure to bring enough containers to take your juice away with you!
The apple press is free to use, but please consider making a donation to our charity.
