Mr and Mrs Brilliant are the UK’s premiere sound healing duo. Comprising of an Opera singer and a jazz pianist, their SoundWave™️ experience creates a uniquely powerful music healing. With crystal & Tibetan bowls, gongs and rattles, harp and voice, their professionalism and musicianship beams through as they create an intricate musical story comprising of composed melodies, mantra and improvisation. How does it work?

Bring your duvet and luxury pillows or simply a yoga mat and lay down and relax, let the sound vibrations transform and transport you to your place of sacred serenity.

Open to all, from the newcomer to those more familiar with the holistic approach to well-being and being well. We use sacred instruments from around the globe that create specific frequencies for inducing deep relaxation and rest for the mind and body, with Mrs B’s voice and Mr B’s harp speaking directly to the heart.

We will teach you tools that work to initiate deep rest and sleep.

This is the opportunity to overcome sleep problems and train yourself to rest deeply.

Mrs Brilliant has spent years collecting tools and methods to live and sleep well, as such she no longer suffers from the debilitation, anxieties and traumas which come with not sleeping.

It is also a workshop for people who have no troubles with sleeping but still feel tired all the time.

Mr and Mrs Brilliant will facilitate a 5 hour workshop divided into two halves to begin the process of changing your lives. In the first half you will practice and learn our tools for deep rest and sleep. In the second half you will experience our SoundWaveTM, designed to give you deep rest and sleep.
