This beautiful Victorian Music Hall in the market town of Settle is set between the Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland. A wide programme of theatre, comedy, film and live music is supplemented by community events, workshops and indoor markets.

The Hall is also available for hire and can accommodate a variety of needs.

Set up as a charity in 1991, Settle Victoria Hall Ltd. was established in the beautiful Grade 2 listed building on Kirkgate. We operate as an award-winning successful social business, with diverse and effective income streams which enable us to provide our broad range of events and activities. The Hall is run run by a small management team, supported by Trustees and Volunteers, and is independent of local councils.

We are excited to announce our pop-up real ale bar and kitchen, running 14 July to 4 September. We’ll be opening Wednesday- Sunday, other events permitting (we’ll be announcing our exact opening times soon), with simple, locally-sourced food, cask ales poured straight from the wood, home-baked bread and cakes and more, all served in the beautiful setting of our early Victorian Music Hall. Dogs and babies are very welcome, and if you’re musical, we’ll have a permanent informal performance space, including a piano- get in touch with us for more details.

Settle Victoria Hall is grateful to Keyfund, Power to Change, and NIF for help with the financing of our new cinema project. With thir help, and the generosity of local individuals and organisations, we have been able to install projection and sound equipment, allowing us to bring Cinema back to Settle after 40 years.
